Goldendale School District works with families, health care providers and school faculty to facilitate student success by addressing health needs that may interfere with learning.

SCHOOL IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS

Washington State law requires that students be immunized in order to attend school. The requirements follow the national Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) Immunizations Schedule with requirements specified by grade level.
