Kendrick started his special education career 15 years ago as a paraprofessional in a specialized behavior program in Idaho. He has worked as a special education math, behavior, and transition teacher with the Melba and Nampa School District's, also in Idaho, before serving as the secondary special education director in Nampa across 4 middle schools and 4 high schools. Kendrick has come to the Goldendale School District after serving 4 years as the Statewide Secondary Special Education Coordinator with the Idaho State Department of Education.
Kendrick has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership, and an Education Specialist Degree in Special Education.
